The LeadGenius Team
What is LeadGenius?
We're a virtual work platform that aims to bring work to highly skilled people around the world. We're based in Berkeley, CA and work with people in over 70 countries.
But what does that really mean?
Basically, we match talented people with work that needs to be done. Companies give us work they need completed, and we match them with people around the world with the skills.
Is this a scam?
No! We're here to connect companies with the global workforce online, and we will never ask for money from you. We want to pay you for work that you've done within our platform. You can check us out in the news
More importantly, how do I get paid?
We pay via Paypal, Payoneer or Bitcoin every 2 weeks (every other Tuesday PST at noon to be precise!)
You sign up and connect your bank account.
You sign up for one of two options: a global bank transfer that connects to your bank or for a debit card that autofills with your payment.
Set up your virtual wallet, and put in the credentials.
How do I apply?
Just click "Apply". It's as easy as that!
What should my background be?
All of our team members have college degrees or are working on acquiring a college degree. You should make sure to list all relevant skills and work history on your resume to give us an overview of who you are. Please include any work experience, including (but not limited to!) working for a family business, administrative tasks, or tutoring.
What are the things I need to know and need to prepare before I apply?
What is the process to apply like?
How do I choose projects?
Our Project Managers announce any available projects that you can work on in our dedicated team rooms. You will be required to undergo training before being allowed to work on any of the projects. When you join a project, you are expected to stay on it for at least 30 days before leaving. This gives you a chance to get to know the project and try it out.
How many hours do I need to work?
You have to be available at least 20 hours per week.
How do I know if I'm doing well?
The managers will inform you of your performance and we have a dedicated system where you will find if your performance is up to the mark and if you’re meeting your goals. You will have the opportunity to improve if you have not done well on a project, but there is a limit. You will receive a strike for work done incorrectly, and 3 strikes in 3 months will remove you from the platform.
What are the teams like?
You will be placed on a team based on the time frame that you’re working in, and there will be a manager online during that time. They will be your direct supervisor, and are there to answer any questions and set up your projects. The teams vary in size, but you should get to know your fellow teammates!
Where do we work?
We have a dashboard that you will work in, but some clients prefer you to work in their website. The dashboard will be used for all communications between the clients, managers and yourselves.
